On October 16, 2020, Navios Maritime Containers L.P. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the receipt of a notice on October 15, 2020 from The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq), indicating the closing bid price of the Companys common stock has been at $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days and that accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) and the bid price deficiency matter is closed. A copy of the press release is furnished and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
